ACGS - Quality Fishing, with Quality People

cover

January

Hi Everyone,

Once again, I hope everyone is is doing well and is staying safe?!

I know our updates are usually loaded with fish photos from the past month, but not this time, just a view of our lake. As you can see, NO ice?! We had a late start on the ice this year, actually, a "Month" late?! We finally got a good 6 inches of ice for the start of our season, but on Christmas we had 60 degree weather with almost 2 inches of rain, and the ice was all gone, in "1 Day"?!! "Unbelievable"??!! It did freeze up again, but won`t be fish able for another week or so. I guess it shouldn`t be surprising, after all, it`s still 2020, right?! I don`t think it will matter much anyway, because with the pandemic, unless the state and local authorities let guys with recent negative covid tests results, or having received the vaccine come up, we probably won`t have a season?! But things might change in a couple of weeks, and we will let you know if they do.

BOOKING FOR SPRING

Well, we might as well look ahead toward Spring, right?! Most of our regulars come to see us and book with us at the winter sport shows. But, i`m sure, to know ones surprise, there are no shows this winter. We are planning to open the spring season on April 23rd. We`ve had a lot of bookings for May and June already, a lot, from the guys who couldn`t make it up last year because of the pandemic. If any of you are planning on coming up to fish with us this spring, call me as soon as you can. And, if you would, have a few dates in mind cause some dates might already be booked up. For those of you who have tentatively booked a while ago, please give me a call to confirm, OK? Most of all, we do want to book our regulars first. 518-963-7351

HAPPY NEW YEAR, "PLEASE"

As we start our 43rd year, I would like to thank each and everyone of you who have to come to fish with us. Especially those who have been with us so many years, you`re great guys and have become great "friends"!!!

Bye for now and Happy New Year/p>

- Pete
