This tool will allow you to reach into the throat of a fish and cut the hook in half and in many cases remove both parts of the hook.  This will give the fish a much better chance at survival versus trying to yank the hook out. This tool will cut a 5/0 worm hook and will fit into the mouth of a one-pound bass.  These 11" Extra Long, 45-Degree Bent Diagonal Cutting Pliers have Black Matted PVC dipped handles for a comfortable hold and added leverage.  They are made from Drop Forged, Heat Treated Steel and have a polished head and precision cutting edges.  The extra long 45-degree bent nose design allows easy access in hard to reach places, like the inside of the mouth of a fish.  They have a Limited Lifetime Warranty and as I said, they cost only $20.00, which includes shipping, handling and taxes. We have been using and testing these Cutting Pliers for the last three years and feel we can now recommend them.
